Mauricio Acosta trained as a chef in his native Uruguay. In 2004, he moved to Milan, where he stayed for eight years and gained a lot of experience. In 2012, the journey continued north to Lugano. Mauricio Acosta describes his cuisine as an unusual fusion of local and South American raw materials. This results in interesting creations that arouse curiosity. His dishes themselves take you on a little excursion into the rich culture of Uruguay.
